Arranging and providing transport, suggesting restaurants and helping with planned excursions and anything else at all we needed. They do treat you like friends and family and made our stay perfect. A lovely hotel in Praiano. - Firstly the hotel is in a great location between Amalfi and Positano. Both those communities are extremely busy so if crowds are your fancy- Praiano is perfect.

Rooms face the pool - which was clean and warm. The room itself wasn’t large but clean and totally functional. No complaints at all.

Restaurant- outstanding. The service and food were so much fun we ate 3 of 6 meals at the restaurant. Antonio Jr runs the restaurant and is excellent. Grabbed us a perfect table 2x and called you by name. His father is a charmer who sings to the clients and makes the dining experience very memorable. Food was fantastic from sea bass to a variety of sea food dishes.

Staff:
Most reviews mention the front desk manager Rosa as she is a wonderful person who thinks of everything you didn’t. lol. She is kind and thoughtful and an incredible asset to the hotel.

Guido and Patricia manage the breakfast room and are wonderful and comical. The breakfast was fine - zero issues. Again, both are fantastic employees who enjoy their roles.

The night desk manager wasn’t pleasant and borderline rude. Luckily he was in hiding most of the time.

Cleaning staff were super pleasant and extremely helpful. Not an easy job but they were awesome.

I was the sole person in the pool and he said “out” so he could add chlorine at 4pm. Told us we keep our towels for the week (BS).
Scolded for no shoes on at the pool and moved my shoes from the lounge chair to the ground yet was cool with a guy drinking a beer in a bottle in the pool! I took a pic in case someone asked.

We would certainly stay at the Hotel Pino again but would be less tolerant of a screwball pool guy and report his unprofessional attitude.

I was surprised by the use of bottles and glass glass in the air of the pool, including inside the pool.
